Anniversary Salsa Gala - Christina's 10th year with Cultural Explosion

Help us celebrate Christina's 10th year anniversary and Cultural Explosion's 15th year in the business!!

A party like this only comes once every 10 years! This is the party of the decade! This January 15th, 2011 at 8pm come out to the Starlight Ballroom and kick off the new year with an an incredible celebration: Christina Piedra's 10th year anniversary in the company & Cultural Explosion's 15th year in business!

Come out and party with us as we recognize 10 years of an amazing career from an amazing woman that we all love and admire. Christina is not only our head choreographer and master instructor, but she is also the heart & soul of Cultural Explosion. She has given so much of herself to Cultural Explosion and on this night we want to celebrate 10 years of her SALSA success! 

As always, we will start off the night with a dance lesson from 8-9pm, followed by free pizza at 11pm and DJ Ray Colon playing the best in Latin music all night long until 2am. So save the date and get ready because the best party of 2011 will happen right away in January... See you on the dance-floor!

Let's start 2011 right with the Cultural Explosion guaranteed fun formula: Dance Lesson, short performance, and tons of hot social dancing at the gorgeous Starlight Ballroom featuring one of the largest hardwood sprung floors in NJ!  Don't forget the Salsa Paparazzis taking your pictures...don't miss it!!!  Dress Your Absolute Best!!!

PLEASE NOTE: This is a BYOB event, no coolers please.  Starlight does have water & soda for sale.  

We have much to celebrate...10 fabulous years with Christina Piedra and 15 years of Cultural Explosion providing lessons, performances & parties.  We want to celebrate our Salsa family, and toast to another great year of fun!  We will also be celebrating January birthdays on this night:

The night will begin as usual with our fun Salsa dance lesson. 2 levels - beginners and intermediate - taught by two instructors at 8PM. Then the party will kick of at 9pm with Music and Social Dancing with DJ Ray Colon. 

A short performance at 11PM & Birthday dances at 12Midnight!

The Starlight Ballroom is located at 7 High Street, Nutley, New Jersey 07110. Driving Directions to the Starlight Ballroom.

Turnpike: NJ Turnpike to Exit 16W and then take Route 3 West and follow the Route 3 instructions below.

Parkway: Garden State Parkway take Exit 153 A if traveling North or 153 if traveling South - take Route 3 East and follow the Route 3 instructions below:

Route 3: Take Route 3 to Main Avenue/Nutley/Passaic Exit.  You will then make a left on Main Avenue.  Take Main Avenue until you reach Route 7 - Kingsland.  Make a Right on Route 7 - Kingsland.  Travel to the next Traffic Light - Franklin and make a Left.  Travel on Franklin to the next Traffic Light and make a Right on High Street.  The Starlight Ballroom will be immediately on the left: 7 High Street, Nutley, NJ.  Once you exit Route 3 you are only 1 mile away.
